The agreement between you and GLearn when you use the platform.

   Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using GLearn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GLearn is an educational platform built for African students preparing for national examinations, including the BECE and WASSCE. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. 02

   User Accounts

   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Teachers are responsible for the appropriate use of school admin features. Users under 13 must have parental consent to create an account.

3. 03

   Acceptable Use

   GLearn is provided for educational purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings, sharing account credentials, using automated tools to interact with the platform, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

   Content and Intellectual Property

   All questions, explanations, AI-generated feedback, and educational content on GLearn are the property of GLearn Architecture. Questions are crafted from WASSCE and BECE past papers and syllabus materials for educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the platform.

   AI-Powered Features

   GLearn uses AI to grade theory answers, provide hints, and generate feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be treated as supplementary guidance, not definitive assessment. BECE and WASSCE projections are estimates based on your performance data and should not be considered guaranteed outcomes.

6. 06

   Virtual Currency

   Stars earned on GLearn are virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They can be redeemed for in-platform rewards as available. GLearn reserves the right to modify the rewards system, star values, or available items at any time.

7. 07

   Termination

   You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. GLearn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. 08

   Limitation of Liability

   GLearn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any academic outcomes, exam results, or decisions made based on projections or feedback provided by the platform. Use of GLearn is at your own discretion.

9. 09

   Changes to Terms

   We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of GLearn after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
